Departmentalized comment forms are available for viewing by all departments with only the respective departments having secured editing capabilities. Also, infoTOWN offers a global visual query builder, with drop down selection lists, that permits users to define compound queries on any input field found on the application form.

Application Approval
infoTOWN offers a Departmentalized Approval Process. All departments that are involved in the approval process for each permit application must indicate approval by clicking in the relevant check box. This is a secure system that ensures that processing is efficient and complete.

• Street Address
• Type of Application

The Filtering Utility allows for easy retrieval of records for complete Application Tracking. Records can be displayed in a matter of seconds.
