Zone ManagementThe Zone Management area of the infoTOWN Administrator's Tool Kit allows you to enter data that is needed to manage the Zoning of a municipality. Current data derived from the Land Use Zoning Regulations is entered into the system. Editing capabilities allow for adjustments and updates as they occur.

is a listing of all the Zone Labels and their definitions. This list is
unique to each town and is entered from the Zoning Regulations currently in
use.
This
is a listing of all Use Classes for the Zones in the system. Each town has
regulations regarding Use Classes.
Look
at the Correlation of Use Classes and Zones to determine the status. The
data for this table is unique to each Municipality and is derived from Land
Use Zoning Regulations currently in use.
The
status of some permits depends on certain Developmental Standards.
This section lists all of the records from the Correlations table. Some of
these records will require that Developmental Standards are applied and some
will not require these restrictions.
The
Parking Regulations section assigns parking regulations to each Use
Class.
