The Drainage Module also includes the
functionality to perform Flood Risk Mapping. The maps include 10, 25, 50, and 100-year
flood lines. Contact information is displayed and lists are generated for the affected
properties.
Insurance agencies or assessors can use this information in setting rate schedules.
Planners integrate this information in the land use planning process. Emergency response
agencies use this information to notify affected property owners of pending floods etc.
