Generation of Work Orders for Maintenance Staff at Regular Intervals

infoTOWN offers the option to print a work order with:

  • a Map Image
  • a Reference Sketch
  • or No Image
  • infoTOWN assigns user defined task lists to entities as a function of the entity key.

                  Generation of Work Orders

If an entity can be geo-referenced a map image can be generated at the top of the Work Order. In situations where the entity cannot be geo-referenced, for example, municipal vehicles, the Work Order is generated without a map image.
