Maintenance Module

This Module will efficiently manage the Preventative Maintenance of all infrastructure entities within the scope of the system. Search methods include many filtering options to allow records to be easily retrieved for viewing, editing and printing.

• Create work orders for entities within the system
• Generation of Work Orders for Maintenance Staff at Regular Intervals
• Prioritization of items due for maintenance in specific periods by color-coding.
• Maintenance scheduling at Automatic or Manual Time Offsets.

The maintenance module is fully customizable. Users can set maintenance task for each entity and establish a maintenance schedule. infoTOWN also provides users with the capability to track lump sum maintenance cost related to each work order.

Entities may be selected for maintenance either by database search routines or by graphical selection in the mapping interface window.

Work Orders are created and generated for all entities whether they have been geo-referenced or not.
