Maintenance scheduling at Automatic or Manual Time Offsets

infoTOWN offers the option to automatically flag maintenance at specified offsets. Work orders will be created and generated for the entity on a regular basis.

    Maintenance Scheduling

Type = A The maintenance will automatically reoccur at the specified time offset. Note, infoTOWN will not reschedule a duplicate maintenance activity. Therefore older maintenance activities will take precedence and will be maintained by the system until they or completed, archived or deleted.
Type = M The maintenance will not automatically reoccur at the specified time offset. This functionality is offered to handle "one-of" situations.
