infoTOWN Technical SupportClients are encouraged to obtain an infoTOWN maintenance agreement. This agreement is divided into three parts:

For the purchase of Software Updates: The User is entitled to receive infoTOWN updates when they become available. It is anticipated that distribution will occur semi annually.

For the purchase of Telephone Support: Provides telephone support services to the user ensuring priority response to software and procedural Problems.

For the purchase of PC Anywhere Support: Provides computer to computer support services to the user ensuring total software support.

Edwards & Associates Ltd. are willing to provide hot line telephone and fax support to infoTOWN customers who have not purchased software upgrades and maintenance as per the purchase agreement.
